The Board of Directors of AGB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval in respect of the following proposals at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company: (I) Proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own shares; and (II) Proposed renewal of mandate for the Company and its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.
The Share-Buy Back Statement and the Circular to Shareholders containing detailed information on the aforesaid proposals (I) and (II) will be issued and despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
