With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 50,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TAKAFUL, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. TAKAFUL-CO is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 July 2019 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The TAKAFUL-CO is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 July 2019, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 February 2020 and the Term Sheet for the TAKAFUL-CO dated 14 May 2020. A summary of the principal terms of the TAKAFUL-CO is set out in Table 1.
