The Board of Directors of Seal Incorporated Berhad (“SEAL” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that SPKL had on 19 May 2020, filed a Notice of Application to strike out parts of Wabina Counterclaim.
The Company wishes to inform that today, 20 May 2020 was fixed for case management by way of e-Review. The solicitors for the Wabina requested for another case management date to enable them to file their Reply to our Defence to Counterclaim. The Court has fixed the matter for further case management by way of e-review on 3 June 2020. Further material development on the matter will be announced accordingly.
