We refer to the announcement dated 24 February 2017 in relation to the implementation of the LTIP.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of NVB wishes to announce that NVB has made the third offer of options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company (“NVB Shares”) (“Options”) under the LTIP to its eligible employees today.
