We refer to the announcements dated 25 September 2019, 11 October 2019, 15 October 2019, 14 November 2019, 15 November 2019, 9 December 2019, 31 December 2019, 20 May 2020, 22 May 2020, 27 May 2020, 10 June 2020 and 11 June 2020  (“Announcements”) in relation to the SCR. The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements unless otherwise stated. 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that settlement of the SCR Cash Amount has been effected in favour of:-

(a) the Entitled Shareholders who maintain eDividend accounts, via electronic remittance to the Entitled Shareholders’ eDividend accounts duly registered with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd (“Bursa Depository”) on 19 June 2020; and

(b) the Entitled Shareholders who do not maintain eDividend accounts, via remittance in the form of cheques, banker's drafts and/or cashier’s orders despatched by ordinary mail to the Entitled Shareholders (or their designated agents, as they may direct) on 19 June 2020 at the Entitled Shareholders' registered address last maintained with Bursa Depository.

As such, the SCR has been completed on 19 June 2020.
