The Board of Directors of BMedia wishes to inform that the Company is not able to release its results for the fourth quarter ended 30 April 2020 by 30 June 2020 as the Covid-19 outbreak and the imposition of the Movement Control Order ("MCO") by the Government has disrupted the operations of the BMedia Group. BMedia had on 24 June 2020 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to seek for an extension of time for: a. an additional six (6) weeks up to 15 August 2020 for BMedia to announce its quarterly results; and b. an additional one (1) month up to 30 September 2020 for BMedia to issue its Annual report. The abovementioned application is currently pending a decision from Bursa Securities. This Announcement is dated 29 June 2020. |
