The Board of Directors of Elsoft is pleased to announce that the Company has resolved to extend its existing ESOS which is expiring on 31 March 2021 for another five (5) years until 31 March 2026, in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. This extension is not subject to the approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission and shareholders of the Company. The Company will serve the notice on extension to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course. This announcement is dated 30 June 2020. |
