We wish to announce that the UMW-C20 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 Jun 2020 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of UMW-C20 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of UMW-C20 x (RM2.6175 - RM5.15) x (1/5) = Number of UMW-C20 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM2.6175 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of UMW shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised UMW-C20 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the UMW-C20 shall terminate absolutely.
