The Board of Directors of BMedia wishes to inform that the Covid-19 outbreak and the imposition of the Movement Control Order by the Government has disrupted the operations and finalisation of the fourth quarter results ended 30 April 2020 of the BMedia Group.

BMedia had submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to seek for an extension of time of:

a.        an additional six (6) weeks up to 15 August 2020 for BMedia to announce its fourth quarter results; and

b.        an additional one (1) month up to 30 September 2020 for BMedia to issue its annual report.

 Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 1 July 2020:

a.        approved an extension of time of one month until 31 July 2020 for BMedia to announce its fourth quarter results; and 

b.        rejected the application for extension of time of one month until 30 September 2020 for BMedia to issue its annual report.
