On behalf of the Board of Directors of Komarkcorp (“Board”), Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd (“Mercury Securities” or the “Principal Adviser”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the establishment of an employees’ share options scheme (“ESOS” or the “Scheme”) involving up to 15% of the total number of issued shares of Komarkcorp (excluding treasury shares, if any) for eligible directors and employees of Komarkcorp and its subsidiaries (“Komarkcorp Group” or the “Group”) (“Proposed ESOS”).
