Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 1 December 2016, 14 September 2018, 21 September 2018 and 24 September 2018 (“Announcements”) in relation to the total subscription of 2,400,000 ordinary shares by the Company in CLI Investment. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definition used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of DGB wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 August 2020 entered into a Share Subscription Agreement with CLI Investment for the subscription of additional 8,000,000 new ordinary shares of USD0.125 each in the enlarged issued share capital of CLI Investment, for a total subscription price of USD998,851 (approximately RM4,245,115) ("Subscription").
