We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the DIALOG shares.

DIALOG-C61 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 November 2019 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. DIALOG-C61 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 November 2019, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 May 2020 and the Term Sheet dated 5 August 2020.

DIALOG-C61 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of DIALOG-C61 is set out in the attachment.
