Reference is made to our announcements dated 24 June 2020 in relation to the offering of 80,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over BURSA (“Existing Issue”).

CIMB Bank are pleased to announce the proposed further issue of up to 100,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash-settled call warrants over BURSA (“Proposed Further Issue”).

The purpose of the Proposed Further Issue is to facilitate the market making process of the Existing Issue. The Proposed Further Issue will form part of the Existing Issue and the terms and conditions of the Proposed Further Issue will be identical with the Existing Issue.

The tentative listing date for the Proposed Further Issue of BURSA-C33 is 17 August 2020.

The Proposed Further Issue is subject to all necessary approvals being obtained from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
