We wish to announce that MYEG-C86 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 7 August 2020 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of MYEG-C86 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MYEG-C86 x (RM1.4006 - RM1.25) x (1/2)
= Number of MYEG-C86 x RM0.0753
The Closing Price of RM1.4006 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the MYEG Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
