(I)	PROPOSED DIVERSIFICATION OF THE EXISTING BUSINESS OF ATS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES TO INCLUDE THE GLOVES BUSINESS ("PROPOSED DIVERSIFICATION"); AND

(II)	PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 795,924,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN ATS, REPRESENTING 30% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF THE COMPANY, TO INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY INVESTOR(S) TO BE IDENTIFIED LATER AT AN ISSUE PRICE TO BE DETERMINED LATER ("PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 10 August 2020, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

1.       The expected commencement date of production of the first glove-dipping line.

2.       The prospects of the Gloves Business.

3.       ATS's estimated total capital and investment outlay in the 20 glove-dipping lines.

4.       The number of single former glove-dipping lines and double former glove-dipping lines comprised in the 20 glove dipping lines.

5.       The regulatory approvals required to venture into the Gloves Business, and the dates on which they were obtained.

6.       How the ATS Group intends to acquire the requisite expertise and experience in the Gloves Business.
