We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MYEG by way of market making.
The MYEG-C1C is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The MYEG-C1C is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The MYEG-C1C is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under MYEG-C1C are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
