Reference is made to our announcements dated 19 February, 2020, 21 February, 2020, 17 July, 2020 and 14 August, 2020 on the subject matter. The abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 19 February, 2020. 

The Board of Directors of KLRB wishes to announce that the period for the Vendors to obtain the relevant conditions precedent had lapsed on 22 August, 2020. Negotiations are now underway between the parties to extend the Conditional Period and/or vary the terms of the SPAs with the intention to complete the transactions due to the delay in the Vendors securing the relevant approvals from the appropriate authorities.
