Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 February 2020 and 31 March 2020 wherein the Company has appointed Guardion Health Sciences, Inc (NASDAQ: “GHSI”) to design and manufacture an exclusive custom immune support nutraceutical formula for exclusive use and owned by the Company and the execution of  a Manufacturing and Supply Agreement whereby GHSI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to formulate, manufacture, sell and deliver to the Company a dietary supplement consisting of certain specified vitamins, named Astramern Nutra V Capsule (previously known as “Astramune-V”), and a dietary supplement consisting of certain specified Chinese herbs, named Astramern Nutra H Capsule (previously known as “Astramune-H”).

The Board of Directors of HWGB is pleased to announce that Astramern Nutra V Capsule (previously known as “Astramune-V”) has on 24 August 2020 been informed by the NPRA that the product registration approval has been obtained from 21 August 2020 to 21 August 2025.

Further update announcement on the product registration approval of Astramern Nutra H Capsule (previously known as “Astramune-H”) with the NPRA shall be made in due course.
