We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the LHI shares.

LHI-CV is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 November 2019 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. LHI-CV is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 November 2019, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 May 2020 and the Term Sheet dated 27 August 2020.

LHI-CV is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of LHI-CV is set out in the attachment.
