AT Systematization Berhad (“ATS” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, AT Glove Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“AGESB” or the “Purchaser”) has on 27 August 2020 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) with Ripcol Industries Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200201019333 (586996-K)] (“RISB” or the “Vendor”) for purchase of two (2) adjoining parcels of leasehold industrial lands, together with industrial premises as further defined in Section 4 of this announcement (“Property”), for a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Ten Million and Three Hundred Thousand (RM10,300,000.00) only (the “Purchase Price”), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement (“Proposed Acquisition of Property”).
