We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 41,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DPHARMA by way of market making.

The DPHARMA-CH is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The DPHARMA-CH is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The DPHARMA-CH is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under DPHARMA-CH are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
