We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of ALIBABA by way of market making.

The ALIBABA-C1 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The ALIBABA-C1 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019. The ALIBABA-C1 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2019 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 9 June 2020.

The salient terms of the ALIBABA-C1 are set out in the attachment.
