The Board of Directors ("the Board") of CME wishes to announce that the Federal Court had on 13.10.2020, dismissed CME's Notice of Motion dated 15.03.2019 in Civil Application No. 08/(RS)-2-03/2019(W) to review the Federal Court's order dated 14.02.2019 which set aside the Federal Court's judgment delivered on 25.09.2018 in Civil Appeal No. 02(f)-136-11/2017(W) ("CME's FC Appeal"). CME's FC appeal is fixed for rehearing on 27 January 2021. The Company will announce further material developments of the outcome of the case in due course.
