TOYO INK GROUP BERHAD ("TOYOINK") / TOYO VENTURES HOLDINGS BERHAD ("TVHB") (i) Exchange of all TOYOINK shares and all TOYOINK warrants with TVHB shares and TVHB warrants respectively on a one-for-one basis; and (ii) Assumption of the listing status of TOYOINK by TVHB, the admission of TVHB to, and withdrawal of TOYOINK from, the Official List of Bursa Securities, with the listing of and quotation of TVHB shares and TVHB warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities

Please be advised that 107,000,002 ordinary shares of TVHB and 53,499,995 TVHB Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of TOYOINK's ordinary shares and TOYOINK's warrants which will be delisted.

The listing of and quotation for TVHB's ordinary shares and TVHB Warrants on the Main Market under the “Industrial Products & Services” sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 26 October 2020.
