The Board of Directors of Krono is pleased to announce that the Company has been awarded of an exabyte-size cloud hyperscale supply and managed services contract with a market-leading web search, online community and artificial intelligence services provider in the People’s Republic of China (“Award”).

The Award is expected to contribute positively to the Krono Group’s operational performance for the financial period ending 31 January 2021.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Krono and/or persons connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Award.

The Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that the Award is in the ordinary course of business and is in the best interests of Krono Group.
