With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed further issue by AmBank of up to 50,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAHSING, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The purpose of the Further Issue is to facilitate the market making process of the Existing Issue. The Further Issue will form part of the Existing Issue and the terms and conditions of the Further Issue will be identical with the Existing Issue. MAHSING-C24 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 3 August 2020 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The MAHSING-C24 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 13 August 2020, the Existing Issue Term Sheet dated 14 August 2020 and the Further Issue Term Sheet dated 5 November 2020. A summary of the principal terms of the MAHSING-C24 is set out in Table 1.
