Reference are made to the announcements dated 24 August 2020 and 23 October 2020 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.
The Company wishes to announce that the terms of the Shares Sale Agreement entered by the Company with Lim Swee Sang and Lian DaZhi for the acquisition of a total of 1,155,000 ordinary shares of Biogas Engineering (BEE) Sdn Bhd on 24 August 2020 ("Proposed Acquisition") have been fully satisfied. The Proposed Acquistion has been completed.
