Chin Wan Ching started her career at a public accounting firm before holding a variety of financial roles at Bukit Kiara Resort (a wholly owned subsidiary of Berjaya Land Berhad) from 1997 to 2006. She also served as an accountant at California Fitness and Myoga, two global fitness brands, from 2006 to 2008 before joining Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

Chin Wan Ching joined Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Malaysia Sdn Bhd on 1 December 2008 as a Financial Analyst and was appointed as the Vice President of Finance on 1 October 2017. Chin Wan Ching is an accomplished finance professional with more than 20 years of vast experience in the field of accounting and finance across various service industries. Prior to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Berjaya Food Berhad, Chin Wan Ching was spearheading the Finance and Accounts Department and the Supply Chain Operations (SCO) Department at Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Company Sdn Bhd. In addition, she also oversees the Finance and Accounts Department in Berjaya Food Supreme Sdn Bhd (Starbucks Brunei) and Berjaya Food Trading Sdn Bhd, since its inception.
