The Board of Directors of Visdynamics wishes to announce that Visdynamics Research Sdn. Bhd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 17 November 2020 entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreements ("SPAs") with Metacorp Properties Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 198301002311 (97547-U)] of Menara MTD, 1, Jalan Batu Caves, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor Darul Ehsan, to acquire three (3) pieces of leasehold industrial lands expiring on 29 March 2097 located in the Mukim of Bukit Katil, District of Melaka Tengah, State of Melaka comprising an area of approximately 16,681 square metres (equivalent to 179,552.62 square feet) for a total cash consideration of RM6,284,341.70 (Ringgit Malaysia Six Million Two Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Three Hundred Forty One and Sen Seventy) only, subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the SPAs (“Acquisition of Lands”).
