We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 17 November 2020, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The proposed use of the Lands. If the Lands are intended to be developed, to also disclose the additional details as required under item 4, Part C of Appendix 10A of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
2) The breakdown of the sources of funding for the Acquisition.
3) The prospects of the Lands.
4) To name the authorities whose approvals are required to be obtained, and state the estimated time frame for submission of the application to such authorities.
