| Pursuant to the second tranche of the Proposed Private Placement of CRPS ("CRPS-T2"), Dr Kenneth Gerard Pereira was allotted and issued 33,540,000 CRPS-T2 on 19 November 2020. The total direct interest of Dr Kenneth Gerard Pereira is as follows:- 1. Kenneth Gerard Pereira - 28,278,600* 2. MIDF Amanah Investment Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd ("MIDF") Pledged Securities Account Kenneth Gerard Pereira - 5,268,000 *Including 6,600 CRPS-T1 allotted and issued solely to Dr Kenneth Gerard Pereira pursuant to the placement of the first tranche of the Proposed Private Placement of CRPS ("CRPS-T1") which was completed on 18 November 2020. The CRPS-T1 will not be listed. On 20 November 2020, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has granted its approval for the listing of and quotation for the 203,604,500 CRPS-T2 with effect from 9:00 a.m., Monday, 23 November 2020. |
