We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 14,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over SP500 by way of market making.

The SP500-HR is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The SP500-HR is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020. The SP500-HR is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2020. The obligations of MCSM under SP500-HR are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020.
