We refer to our announcement dated 2 December 2020 in relation to the request for suspension for the non-collateralised European–style cash settled call warrants over XIAOMI.
Subsequently, an application has been made by XIAOMI to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) for the resumption of trading in XIAOMI shares with effect from 1.00 p.m. on 2 December 2020. Accordingly, XIAOMI-C4 shall resume its trading with effect from 2.30 p.m. on 2 December 2020.
