The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 16 December 2020 received the Notice of Registration of New Name dated 15 December 2020 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "REDtone International Berhad" to "REDtone Digital Berhad" with effect from 15 December 2020. This Announcement is dated 16 December 2020. |
