We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises dated 7 October 2020, 26 November 2020 and 9 December 2020.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Trive’s existing number of 3,760,834,402 Shares will be consolidated into 150,431,220 Consolidated Shares after 5.00 p.m. today (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Share Consolidation), pursuant to the Share Consolidation.
The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 24 December 2020.
