Reference is made to the Company’s first announcement dated 19 January 2018 and monthly announcements made (“Announcements”) pursuant to PN17 of the Listing Requirements.

The Board of Directors of APFT wishes to inform that the Company had on 9 December 2020 submitted an application to Bursa Securities (“Application”) seeking its approval for a proposed further extension of time of an additional 6 months until 9 June 2021 for the Company to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authorities.

The Application is currently pending the decision of Bursa Securities.

Any further material development on the regularisation plan and the decision of the Bursa Securities for the Application will be announced by the Company accordingly.
