Reference is made to the Company’s announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement dated 26 June 2020, 1 July 2020, 6 July 2020, 1 September 2020, 7 September 2020 and 8 September 2020 ("Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.

Reference is also made to Bursa Securities’ approval letter dated 3 July 2020 for the listing application in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

In accordance with Paragraph 6.62(1) of Chapter 6 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, a listed issuer must complete the implementation of a proposal relating to an issuance of securities within six (6) months from the date the listing application is approved by Bursa Securities.

For information, 29,080,000 NICE Shares, representing approximately 4% of the Company's issued share capital as at 11 January 2021, were issued pursuant to the Private Placement.
