Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 30 November 2020 (Reference No. GA1-30112020-00136) relating to the application for an extension of time to appoint a replacement Sponsor and to submit the Company’s regularisation plan.

In this regard, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 13 January 2021, decided to grant the Company a further extension of time up to 30 June 2021 as requested to submit the Company’s regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval (“Further Extended Timeframe”), subject to the appointment of a Sponsor by the Company on or before 1 March 2021.

The aforesaid extensions of time are without prejudice to Bursa Securities' right to proceed to de-list the Company in the event : -

1. the Company fails to appoint a replacement Sponsor on or before 1 March 2021;
2. the Company fails to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval within the Further Extended Timeframe i.e. on or before 30 June 2021;
3. the Company fails to obtain the approval for  the implementation of its regularisation plan and does not appeal within the timeframe ( or extended timeframe, as the case may be) prescribed to lodge and appeal;
4. the Company does not succeed in its appeal;and
5. the Company fails to implement its regularisation plan within the timeframe or extended timeframes stipulated by the relevant authorities.

Upon occurrence of any of the events set out in paragraphs (1) to (5) above, the securities of the Company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of two  (2) market days from the date the Company is notified by Bursa Securities or on such other date as may be specified by Bursa Securities.
