Each Warrant entitles the holders of the Warrant to subscribe for one new Scientex Share at any time during the period commencing on and including 15 January 2021 (being the date of issuance of the Warrants) and ending on the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 14 January 2026 (being the expiry of the tenure of the Warrants) ("Exercise Period") at the exercise price of RM4.30 per Scientex Share, subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 17 December 2020 constituting the Warrants.

Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid.
