We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of MAXIS.

The MAXIS-C23 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 May 2020 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The MAXIS-C23 is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 May 2020, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2020 and the Term Sheet dated 27 January 2021.

The MAXIS-C23 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 18 May 2020 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2020.
