The Board of Directors of Macpie wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 February 2021 entered into a heads of agreement with Datin Soh Meizhi (“Vendor”) for the proposed acquisition of 280,000 ordinary shares in Techninier (“Sale Shares”), representing 35% equity interest in Techninier (“Proposed Acquisition”) (“HOA”).
