The Board wishes to update that KTS's Solicitors had informed the Company today that the Court had vacated the trial date fixed on 7 February 2021 but maintain the trial dates which was fixed on 21 February 2021, 24 February 2021, 4 April 2021 and 11 April 2021.
The Company shall continue to make announcement on the development of the case from time to time accordingly.
