Reference is made to the announcements dated 18 September 2020, 12 October 2020,16 October 2020, 11 November 2020, 13 November 2020, 16 November 2020, 8 December 2020, 22 December 2020, 28 December 2020, 31 December 2020, 5 January 2021, 7 January 2021 and 25 January 2021 in relation in the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, MIDF Investment wishes to announce that AHP has been authorised as an unlisted REIT by the Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC") under Section 256C(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 vide its letter dated 4 February 2021, and the Second Restated Deed has been registered with the SC on even date. As such, the Second Restated Deed will be effective from today.
The Second Restated Deed will be lodged with the SC within 7 days from the date hereof.
