Our announcement dated 6 September 2019 refers.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to advise that the final meeting for the Members Voluntary Winding Up of Innovative Polymer Systems Sdn Bhd (“IPSSB”) was duly held on 10 February 2021.
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act, 2016, IPSSB would be dissolved upon expiry of three (3) months after lodgement of Form 69 (i.e. Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting), with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver. The Form 69 of IPSB was duly lodged today with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. As such, IPSSB will be dissolved from 10 May 2021.
