Remarks : 
Pursuant to the Adjustments, (i) the existing number of 133,589,929 Warrants C will be adjusted into 240,460,690 Warrants C, whereby the additional 106,870,761 Warrants C will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 11 February 2021; and (ii) the existing exercise price of Warrants C will be revised from RM1.00 to RM0.56.

In accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll C, the Adjustments shall take effect on 11 February 2021, being the next market day following the Books Closure Date.

The notice to the holders of Warrants C (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course.
