We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 July 2020, 12 August 2020, 13 August 2020, 18 August 2020, 20 October 2020, 28 October 2020, 30 October 2020, 12 November 2020, 23 November 2020, 24 November 2020, 21 January 2021, 4 February 2021, 5 February 2021 and 9 February 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 10 February 2021, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 16 August 2021 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
