We refer to the announcement made on 13 January 2021 where Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) issued the letter of rejection on the Company’s Proposed Regularisation Scheme.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 11 February 2021 submitted an appeal to Bursa Securities (“Appeal”). In the event that the Company does not succeed in its appeal, the securities of the Company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of 2 market days from the date the Company is notified by Bursa Securities or on such other date specified by Bursa Securities to the Company.
