The Board of Directors of SMTrack wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 February 2021 entered into an Aircraft Purchase Agreement with Cakerawala Solution International Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1318314-W) to purchase one (1) unit used Boeing 737-400F at the purchase price of USD Six Million Seven Hundred Thousand only (USD6,700,000.00).
