The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has launched SafeQ, an online portal offering an array of hotel accommodation and amenity options available to low risk COVID-19 patients who wish to undergo mandatory quarantine requirements in more comfortable settings (“SafeQ online portal”).

The Board of Directors is of the view that, barring any unforeseen circumstances, the SafeQ online portal is expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2021 and onwards.

The Board of Directors does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational risks associated with the SafeQ online portal.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the prospects of the SafeQ online portal is expected to be positive.
