The Company refers to the circular dated 17 February 2021 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) in relation to the Extension of Time for Submission of Quarterly and Annual Reports and Further Relief to Listed Issuers with Unsatisfactory Financial Condition and Inadequate Level of Operation.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company would utilize the 1-month extension for issuance of the quarterly reports for the financial period ended 31 December 2020 (“Quarterly Reports”) and hence, the Quarterly Reports would be released on or before the extended due date by 31 March 2021.

Nevertheless, the Company would continue to comply with the continuing disclosure obligations under the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”), including the obligation to make an immediate announcement of any material information under Paragraph 9.03 of Main LR.
